Urchinite™ wall tiles bring natural color and texture that capture the organic beauty and varied patterns found in nature. From the subtle hues to the rich contrasts, each option brings unique character and depth to any wall application.
Each box contains a total of 24 tiles, measuring 8 square feet. Tiles have a standard thickness of 3/8", and for elongated tiles of 12" x 4" - there are 3 tiles per square feet.
Handcrafted in California, and made with biocalcites, a natural mineral derived from purple sea urchin shells that are harvested seasonally from kelp restoration sites. Due to the seasonal nature of sea urchin harvests, availability is limited and each piece has a distinct origin from season-to-season. Color and pattern variation is inherent to the material and unique to each piece. Finished products may differ from the images shown. Each item is made to order, so please allow 12-18 weeks for production with first runs beginning in Summer 2026.
