Available in both ¾-inch and ⅜ -inch thicknesses, as well as custom sizing options—these slabs provide designers with the flexibility to create continuous surfaces, dramatic statement installations, and reduced seam lines. Finished with a refined Polished surface, Urchinite™ slabs deliver both visual elegance and functional durability, ideal for countertops, island surfaces, backsplashes, and integrated design compositions that demand seamless material flow. For every slab of 5’ x 8’ urchinite, 1,000 square foot of purple sea urchins are cleared for kelp restoration, enabling kelp forests to regrow and biodiversity to rebound.
